2. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products available on our website are digital goods delivered via download link immediately after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:

• If you purchased the same product more than once by mistake
• If you received a corrupted file that cannot be opened after re-downloading

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@rcbdigital.com and provide your order details. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account restrictions or legal action.
